![]() ![]() Then those people think that 450 > 300 so high def = high pierce (wrong!)ĥ) About damage - you implied that a sura does same damage as a lycan and that's wrong. Lets use the same ones from previews example: normal hit is 200 and pierce is 500 so i get 300extra from pierce, 2nd case normal damage is 50 and I get 450 more because of pierce. The wrong impression of how pierce comes from how people look at the numbers. If the enemy has 450def you will hit 50normal hits but pierce will still be 500. For example you have 500attack value, enemy has 300def so your normal hit will be 200 and a pierce will ignore the def and make. Sure def helps at low lvls but nowadays its all about resistance not def and def can be found in other places easy enough if you need it.Ĥ) Def does not increase piercing hit damage. Berserk increases the damage you receive and at G and P that can hurt a lot (most people leave it G1 or even m10 because of that, as P is pointless cuz u can get max attack/moving speed easy enough with G1)ģ) Metnal warrior is more of a pvp class than a pvm one. Preety much what Ex0 said over there except a few things:ġ) Crimson for lycan does not decrease def anymore that "feature" has been removed quite a while agoĢ) Body warrior is the glass cannon instead of lycan because of berserk. You can hit me up ingame on ItsExo (Jinno / Blue realm) if you wanna ask me anything. I hope this helps you decide on what character to play. Okay this post turned out way longer than I had in mind ngl.Īnyway that‘s it for my thoughts and experience (mostly with Lycans). Armor and Fear are a bit cheaper, both ranging from 500k to 1,5kk. I do have to add that Weaponary Sura‘s skill books are kinda expensive. This is different from defence, and therefore doesn’t cause problems like Strong Body. Blade keeps healing you with life steal while Fear decreases the opponents attack dramatically. Blade and Fear at high level you’re pretty much indestructible as long as you keep hitting mobs. You don’t really hit more or less than a Lycan, but with Ench. This is honestly the PvE character I would go for. At higher level however, a Mental Warrior’s Strong Body becomes more of a burden, as having exorbitantly more defence increases the damage a piercing attack does on you by a lot. Lycans are way less ‘tanky’ and often don’t hit much more at low level due to Crimson not being leveled up yet. At the time of writing, AoS is worth around ~7kk while Crimson is kinda unstable. However, Lycan's skill books tend to be much cheaper. In comparison to other commonly used PvE characters:Īgain, they’re kinda the same. With not many defensive buffs going on you could label Lycans as glass cannons, but this can be overcome by having a decent buffer (Dragon Force Shaman). Again, Wolf Pounce too is affected mainly by DEX, but a little by STR as well. Wolf Pounce hasn’t got much special going on. Wolf's Claw too is affected mainly by DEX, but a little by STR as well. Wolf's Claw has +20% critical built in like Shred. Wolf's Breath is affected mainly by DEX, but a little by STR as well. It therefore isn’t as useful as Dash or Sword Strike. ![]() Wolf's Breath has a chance blacking out your opponent. It’s honestly a better version of Three-Way Cut. The bleeding effect can be useful when facing a boss or high HP mob (as long as it’s in your level range or lower). ![]() Shred has a chance of bleeding your opponent and also has +20% critical built in. However, it is less effective than Berserk since it only adds +25% attack speed at P. Indigo Wolf Soul increases your attack speed like Berserk and also gives you a small % of evading arrows. Crimson increased your attack a lot more in the past, but that was indeed nerfed. It however lowers your defence by a little. Crimson Wolf Soul increases your attack like AoS and also increases your piercing attack chance. In PvE, they’re kinda similar to Body Warriors Lycans don’t have life steal, absorb or anything of the sort. ![]()
